The Quotient is our coaching and advocacy program. We come together to advance women in leadership by leveraging our collective influence, power, and networks. At The Quotient, we’re proud to provide support to women to help them grow in their respective industry and navigate the working world. Whether it’s corporate politics, communication and influence, or sharing our experiences and learnings, The Quotient’s goal is to empower, encourage, and cultivate the women in our network.
In The Quotient, we play the role of…
Coach
We will help you gain courage, frame scenarios, and make decisions as you chart your own path. This may come in the form of questions, listening, sharing experiences, and storytelling. In this capacity, we will encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone.
Advocate
We will leverage The Quotient’s network of influence to help connect you with others. Whether you know what you want and need support getting it or aren’t quite sure yet but want to figure it out, our network can be leveraged to make connections and fuel momentum toward your goals.
Role Model
We will be a mirror and model for behavior and skill. We’ll be transparent in what has worked for us, as well as what hasn’t, so you can feel supported in your own experiences and challenges.
Meet the Collective
The Collective is our network of influential thought leaders and advocates who leverage their unique expertise and resources to accelerate change. We unite as professional women to collaborate, advise, and ultimately inspire action in a number of ways within our community. Whether we’re navigating nonprofit or fundraising work, career advancements or challenges unique to women in the workplace, The Collective serves as a sounding board and dedicated resource for women seeking and implementing change.
The Collective comes together to navigate professional womanhood, elevating our peers and selves through a tight-knit community where ideas are celebrated, resources are shared, and barriers are lifted. Whether you’re navigating situations at work, at home, as a volunteer, or in your personal life, The Collective serves as a space of confidence, knowledge-sharing, inspiration, education, and action.
Meet the Coefficient
As we’re in our initial phase of founder support and angel funding, The Collective offers the opportunity to engage or join as an investor in order to experiment in a new area, learn best practices, and further define our approach here.
We also leverage our network and funds through The Social Capital Project Foundation, where we deliberately work with and provide resources in our local community that is contributing to or advancing change.
